Welcome to Starr Associates
Our founder, Colin Nicholas Starr, a Civil Engineering graduate from Purdue University and Professional Engineer started surveying
from his home after receiving his surveying license in 1973.
He opened his first office on Main Street in Lafayette in 1996. By 1991, Starr Associates was conceived. Shortly after, Carol Starr,
Nicks wife left her employment as a Social Worker to become the office manager.
